Social Work Studies is an extension of the Journal of Studies of Social Work and Human Sciences as the first scientific journal issued in the Arabic language in the field of social work, at 1996. The Journal of Social Work Studies is a specialized scientific periodical. This journal is concerned with publishing scientific research in theory and practice in social work by researchers in Egypt and all Arab countries, after careful scientific revision. This quarterly journal is published during the months of January, April, July and October. Social Work Studies focuses on social work research that includes professional intervention processes at all levels of social work, as well as the accurate scientific identification of the most important problems of individuals, families, groups and societies, whether Egyptian or Arab, in addition to evaluating and planning social programs and projects, and the nature of the areas of practice. In social work, all of this is in line with global scientific developments and the latest findings of science in the field of theory and practice.
