A proposed conception from the perspective of general practice in social work to develop population awareness for university students who are about to get married

Abstract

The increasing population growth in Egypt is linked to the imbalance between the population on the one hand and the resources, wealth and national income on the other hand, which results in negative repercussions on sustainable development in general and social, health and economic impacts on the personal and family levels. Including social service based on general practice in working with university students to develop population awareness in order to achieve balance and growth for the sustainability of society. In social service to develop population awareness for university students about to get married, and the results of the study concluded that there is a direct statistically significant relationship at a significant level (0.01) between the dimensions of population awareness for university students (awareness of university students with the social, health and economic effects resulting from population increase, and dimensions of population awareness for university students as a whole). This may be due to the presence of a strong direct correlation between these variables and that they express what the study aims to achieve.
