Abstract

The increasing interest of the various countries of the world in developing the educational system to ensure the production of minds capable of dealing with global and technological developments in all fields as a means of progress, keeping pace with developments and facing challenges. Total quality is one of the trends that has imposed itself strongly at the present time in all fields,The issue of quality in recent years has become a societal issue that the state attaches great importance to, especially in the educational field, because education is of great importance in preparing young people and youth to face future challenges, and the quality of education in Egypt is considered one of the important priorities for building the Egyptian society because building the modern Egyptian society requires us to pay attention Building the knowledge of society, of which education is one of its main pillars
Therefore, it is necessary to devote the necessary efforts and energies to achieve a qualitative leap in education, and work to achieve it is not limited to the efforts of government institutions, but is based on the foundations of decentralization, which allows benefiting from our own capabilities and diversity in educational resources and the development of its economies. Accompanying this is also professional development that employs information technology to improve education, in the light of a knowledge society, capable of employing science, knowledge and modern technology to serve comprehensive development and its issues and the continuous development of tools for measuring student
