Abstract: Determining the reality of organizational leadership in civil society organizations and determining the level of social empowerment for women breadwinners in civil society organizations, and determining the relationship between organizational leadership and enhancing the social empowerment of women breadwinners in civil society organizations. This study belongs to the descriptive studies pattern, and the researcher relied on using the comprehensive social survey method for the beneficiaries of the Future Pioneers Association in Al-Mahamid Bahri in the Armant Center in Luxor Governorate, and their number is (200) individuals. The researcher also used the comprehensive social survey method for officials of the Future Pioneers Association in Al-Mahamid Bahri in the Armant Center in Luxor Governorate, numbering (30) individuals. The study concluded in its most important results that the level of organizational leadership in civil society organizations, as determined by officials, is high, as the dimensions came in the following order (innovative dimension, communication dimension, motivational dimension). The results of the study also proved that the level of enhancing societal empowerment for women breadwinners is high, as the dimensions came in the following order (educational empowerment, social empowerment, economic empowerment). Finally, it proved that there is a statistically significant direct relationship at the significance level (0.01) and (0.05) between organizational leadership and enhancing societal empowerment for women breadwinners in civil society organizations.
