Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of training needs for volunteers in presidential initiatives, identify the obstacles facing satisfying the training needs of volunteers in presidential initiatives, and identify proposals for activating the training needs of volunteers in presidential initiatives. This study belongs to descriptive studies, and relied on the use of a comprehensive social survey approach for volunteers in NGOs partnering with the initiative. Decent Life in Luxor Governorate, numbering (159) individuals. The researcher applied a questionnaire to volunteers about training needs. The results of the study proved that the level of training needs of volunteers in presidential initiatives is high. It also proved that the level of obstacles facing satisfying the training needs of volunteers in presidential initiatives is high. It also proved that the level of proposals for activating the satisfaction of the training needs of volunteers in presidential initiatives is high, and finally it has been proven that there are no fundamental, statistically significant differences between the responses of volunteers according to type regarding their determination of the level of training needs of volunteers in presidential initiatives.
