بناء القدرات الاجتماعية كمدخل لإشباع الاحتياجات التنموية للعاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية Building Social Capacities as an Approach to Meeting The Development Needs of Employees in NGOs

Development has become a pillar of the work and priorities of organizations, which rely on modern mechanisms that ensure development and institutional building. This is particularly true for organizations and institutions working to develop them in a manner that supports organizational development and development, based on exploiting all potentials and resources that can contribute to the development process within all institutions and organizations.
Within this framework, the current study sought to determine the nature and level of social capacity building to meet the development needs of social workers in civil society organizations. It also sought to determine the level of capacity building among social workers, address their development needs, and identify the dimensions of organizational, societal, psychological, and informational capabilities, as well as to achieve organizational culture development, justice development, community dialogue development, and teamwork development.
إن التطوير والتنمية أصبح أحد دعائم عمل المنظمات وأولوياتها التي تقوم بالاعتماد علي الآليات الحديثة التى تكفل تحقيق التطوير والبناء المؤسسي لها، خاصة أو العمل علي تنمية المؤسسات والمنظمات بشكل داعم للتنمية والتطوير التنظيمي القائم علي استغلال كافة الإمكانات والموارد التى يمكن من خلالها الإسهام في عملية التنمية والتطوير داخل المؤسسات والمنظمات كافة.
وفي إطار هذا التوجه سعت الدراسة الحالية إلي تحديد طبيعة ومستوي بناء القدرات الاجتماعية لتحقيق الاحتياجات التنموية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالجمعيات الأهلية وتحديد مستوي أبعاد بناء القدرات لدي الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وتحديد أبعاد القدرات التنظيمية والمجتمعية والنفسية والمعلوماتية وتحقيق تنمية الثقافة التنظيمية وتنمية العدالة وتنمية الحوار المجتمعي وتنمية العمل الفريقي.
