Abstract

The study aims to identify the level of organizational flexibility within these associations and measure the extent to which it is reflected in the quality and effectiveness of services provided to marginalized women breadwinners. It also aims to identify differences in flexibility according to variables such as association size, years of experience, and type of services. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire was administered to a sample of employees and beneficiaries in a number of civil society organizations. The results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between organizational flexibility and improved service quality. Significant differences in flexibility were also found due to the variables of association size and service type. The study concluded with a proposed vision, from the perspective of community organization, to increase organizational flexibility and improve the quality of services provided to marginalized women breadwinners, in a way that supports the goals of community organization and comprehensive social development
