Administrative competencies as a variable in planning to achieve academic excellence for faculty members

Abstract

The study aimed to monitor the reality of administrative competencies of faculty members at Assiut University, determine the level of achievement of academic excellence for faculty members at Assiut University, Determining the relationship between administrative competencies and achieving academic excellence for faculty members at Assiut University, identifying the difficulties facing the contributions of administrative competencies in achieving academic excellence for faculty members at Assiut University, identifying proposals to activate the contributions of administrative competencies in achieving academic excellence for faculty members at Assiut University, and then a proposed executive plan to activate the contributions of administrative competencies in achieving academic excellence for faculty members at Assiut University, This study is considered descriptive studies, and the study relied on the scientific method , using the social survey method for the sample of faculty members at Assiut University , the sample size( 326) . The tool of the study was a questionnaire for faculty members at Assiut University, The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant direct relationship between administrative competencies and achieving academic excellence among faculty members at Assiut University.
