The study aimed to determine the level of digital transformation dimensions in social solidarity units, and to determine the level of service quality improvement in social solidarity units. This study belongs to descriptive studies, and relies on the use of a comprehensive social survey approach for officials in Gharbia Governorate, numbering (45) individuals, as well as a social survey with a sample of beneficiaries, numbering (251) individuals. The researcher applied a questionnaire form to workers and beneficiaries, and the results of the study proved that the level of digital transformation dimensions in social solidarity units is high, and the dimensions were arranged as follows (technological skills of officials, developing a strategy for digital transformation, technological knowledge of officials, infrastructure for digital transformation). It also proved that the level of service quality improvement in social solidarity units is high, as it came from the beneficiaries’ point of view (tangible material aspects, credibility, responsiveness, reliability), while from the officials’ point of view it came as follows (credibility, tangible material aspects, reliability and responsiveness). In the end, the results of the study proved that there is a statistically significant direct relationship at a significance level of (0.01) between the dimensions of digital transformation.
