The most important results reached that the level of organizational excellence in family medicine units in rural communities as a whole is high, as the dimensions came in the following order (flexible organizational structure, exploration of external resources, and investment of available resources). It also proved that the level of service development came in the following order (achieving distributive justice, ease of procedures for obtaining health care services, and achieving efficiency in providing health care services). Finally, it proved that there is a statistically significant direct relationship at a significance level of (0.01) between organizational excellence and the development of health care services in family medicine units in rural communities. The dimensions of organizational agility most closely related to the development of healthcare services in family medicine units in rural communities were: effective leadership, a flexible organizational structure, exploration of supportive external resources, and finally, investment in available resources.
