Organizational Capital and its Relationship to The Realization of The Entrepreneurial Orientation of Small Enterprises with NGOs

ABSTRACT: It is clear that Non- governmental organizations are interested in pioneering small projects because they contribute to achieving economic growth and raising the gross domestic product, and it also helps them improve their performance and the quality of their services. Therefore, this study aimed to: To determine the level of achieving the entrepreneurial orientation of small projects in civil society organizations, and to determine the relationship between organizational capital and achieving the entrepreneurial orientation of small projects in Non- governmental organizations. This study also reached a set of results, which are as follows: The value of the multiple correlation coefficient between all the independent variables of the dimensions of organizational capital, represented by: structural capital, relational capital, and cognitive capital, and the dependent variable of achieving the entrepreneurial orientation of small projects in civil society organizations, reached (0.826), which is statistically significant at a significance level of (0.01). It indicates the presence of a strong direct correlation between the independent variables and the dependent variable, and the result of the t-test indicates that the effect of only one independent variable, which is: knowledge capital, on the dependent variable of achieving the entrepreneurial orientation of small projects in Non- governmental organizations is considered a significant effect and statistically significant at a significance level of (0.01).
