The study aimed to identify the obstacles to activating social protection programs for people with disabilities within the framework of digital transformation, as well as to identify the necessary proposals to activate these programs within the framework of digital transformation. A comprehensive social survey method was used for social workers working in the social solidarity units of the Social Solidarity Department in Mahalla al-Kubra. The study tools consisted of a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview guide for professors in the fields of social service and experts in social protection programs and digital transformation. The study concluded that: it is necessary to convert all basic information related to beneficiaries into digital data. Obtaining appropriate support from the Ministry of Social Solidarity to implement the digital transformation strategy, continuously updating beneficiary information with other relevant authorities, providing a system for maintaining and monitoring the electronic systems used in social protection programs for people with disabilities, and providing effective communication networks that help ensure timely provision of services.
