Quality Social Welfare Services for Orphans in their Family Environments

Abstract

The study aimed at reaching the quality of social welfare services for orphans in their family environments, and the study is considered one of the descriptive studies that relied on the social survey methodology using the sample survey method for orphans benefiting from the Islamic Relief Foundation and their number (353) orphans, through the questionnaire tool and applied to orphans, the study concluded that the level of quality of social welfare services in terms of empathy (high) by (79.61%) and that its level in terms of response speed (average) by (60.96%) its level of comprehensiveness (medium) by (57.92%) and its level of concreteness (low) by (55.43%), and its level of guarantee came (Low) by (52.90%) based on the results of the study: the study found a set of planning indicators to improve the quality of social care services for orphans in their family environments.
