Institutional Agility as an Approach to Achieve Administrative Empowerment for Employees in Social Solidarity Departments Abstract The current study aimed to shed light on the concept of both: institutional agility and administrative empowerment. It also aimed to test a main hypothesis: There is a statistically significant effect of institutional agility on achieving administrative empowerment for employees in social solidarity departments. The study was considered a descriptive analytical study, and used the social survey method using the intentional sample method, with a size of 216 employees in social solidarity departments in Beni Suef Governorate. One of the most important results of the study is the validity of the main hypothesis of the study and its sub-hypotheses. At the end of the study, a proposed planning strategy was formulated to achieve administrative empowerment for employees in social solidarity departments using institutional agility.
