Organizational justice is a fundamental pillar for achieving academic engagement among faculty members at Assiut University, contributing to enhancing their sense of belonging and motivation toward their teaching and research missions. This justice begins with the fair distribution of resources, such as providing equal opportunities for research funding or promotions, which reduces feelings of injustice and stimulates productivity. Furthermore, transparent procedures, such as clear performance evaluation criteria and announced promotion mechanisms, enhance trust in the administrative system and make faculty more willing to innovate in teaching and actively participate in university projects. The study aimed to determine the extent of the awareness of faculty members at Assiut University of organizational justice, to challenge the extent of achieving academic immersion among faculty members, to determine the relationship between organizational justice and achieving academic immersion at Assiut University, and to determine the role of planning in achieving academic immersion at Assiut University, leading to a proposed action plan to activate organizational justice to achieve academic immersion at Assiut University. This study is a descriptive study. The study relied on the scientific method using the social survey method with a sample of faculty members at Assiut University, numbering (354) individuals. The study tool was a questionnaire for faculty members at Assiut University. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant direct relationship between organizational justice and achieving academic immersion at Assiut University.
