Social Responsibility of Non-Governmental Organizations and Improve Sustainable Livelihoods for Released Women

Abstract

ABSTRACT : It is clear that non-governmental organizations concerned with caring for women in distress play multiple roles in order to develop their awareness of the roles they play for them and help them obtain social, economic and legal services to improve their sustainable means of living. Therefore, this study aimed to: monitor the reality of the societal responsibility of non-governmental organizations working in the field of caring for released fined women, determine the level of improving the sustainable livelihood of the released fined women, and determine the relationship between the societal responsibility of non-governmental organizations and improving the sustainable livelihood of the released fined women. The results of the field study showed that the value of the multiple correlation coefficient between all independent variables of the dimensions of social responsibility for non-governmental organizations as a whole, which are: “rights, duties, and community participation” and the dependent variable “improving sustainable livelihoods for released female fines” (0.865), which is 0.865. Statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01), and indicates the presence of a strong direct correlation between the independent variables and the dependent variable, as determined by officials. and The study found procedural executive mechanisms to increase the effectiveness of the Social Responsibility contributions of NGOs to improve the sustainable livelihoods of released female convicts from the perspective of the method of community organization
