Abstract: The study aimed to determine the level of organizational development in the Social Solidarity Departments, determine the level of improving the institutional performance of its employees, and determine the most dimensions of organizational development related to improving the institutional performance of employees in the Social Solidarity Departments, as this study belongs to the descriptive studies pattern, and the study relied on the social survey method with a sample of employees in the Social Solidarity Departments in Aswan Governorate, numbering (260) individuals, and the researcher used a questionnaire for employees in the Social Solidarity Departments, and the results of the study proved that the level of organizational development in the Social Solidarity Departments as a whole is high, and it also proved that the level of improving institutional performance in the Social Solidarity Departments as a whole is high, and the results proved that the level of obstacles is average, and the level of suggestions is high, and in the end the results proved the existence of a statistically significant positive relationship between organizational development and improving the institutional performance of employees in the Social Solidarity Departments, as the results indicated the variance of the effect of "development strategies, flexibility of the organizational structure, and technical development" more than the effect of "human resources development" on improving the institutional performance of employees in the Social Solidarity Departments.
