This study aimed to determine the level of knowledge management use in Egyptian universities, determine the level of administrative creativity among employees in Egyptian universities, determine the relationship between the use of knowledge management and achieving administrative creativity among employees in Egyptian universities, in addition to determining the difficulties facing the use of knowledge management to achieve administrative creativity among employees in Egyptian universities, and determine proposals to activate the use of knowledge management to achieve administrative creativity among employees in Egyptian universities, reaching proposed planning mechanisms to activate the use of knowledge management to achieve administrative creativity among employees in Egyptian universities. This study is a descriptive study, and this study relied on the scientific method by using the social survey method with a sample, as the study was applied to employees in the administrative apparatus at Helwan University, and a simple random sample of (326) individuals was drawn, and the study tool was represented in a questionnaire form for employees in the administrative apparatus at Helwan University. The results of the study indicate the validity of the main hypothesis of the study and its sub-hypotheses, which is "There is a statistically significant relationship between the use of knowledge management and achieving administrative creativity among employees in Egyptian universities."
