Electronic Governance as An Approach to Achieve Administrative empowerment for workers in university youth care institutions

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of use of e-governance in university youth care institutions, determine the level of administrative empowerment among employees in university youth care institutions, determine the most important dimensions of e-governance related to achieving administrative empowerment for employees in university youth care institutions, and determine the relationship between the use of e-governance and achieving administrative empowerment for employees in university youth care institutions, reaching the planning mechanisms necessary to activate the use of e-governance as an entry point to achieve administrative empowerment for employees in university youth care institutions. This study is a descriptive study, and it relied on the social survey method using the comprehensive census method for employees in the General Administration of Youth Care at Helwan University, numbering (85) individuals. The results of the study indicate the validity of the main hypothesis of the study and its sub-hypotheses, which is "There is a statistically significant relationship between the use of e-governance and achieving administrative empowerment for employees in university youth care institutions."
