Organizational Culture and Improving the Quality of Field Training in Social Work Education Institutions
Abstract:
This study aimed at the relationship between organizational culture and improving the quality of field training in social service learning institutions, and the study relied on the descriptive curriculum using the Comprehensive Social Survey of the staff of the Faculty of social work in field training, their number is (51) single, and the questionnaire was used as a tool and was applied to the study sample, the results of the study found a direct statistically significant relationship between organizational culture and improving the quality of field training in social service education institutions "the study proved that the level of organizational culture in social service education institutions as a whole is average, with an arithmetic mean of (2.28), as well as the results of the study indicated The level of improving the quality of field training in social work education institutions as a whole is high, with an arithmetic average of 2.39.the study also identified the obstacles of organizational culture in improving the quality of field training in social work education institutions. The study provided some proposals necessary to activate organizational culture in improving the quality of field training in social work education institutions related to the field training elements (the content of the field training program, supervisors, training institutions, students).
