Abstract

Abstract : The study aimed to monitor the reality of intellectual capital in university youth care agencies and determine the level of achieving functional creativity for employees in university youth care agencies, determine the relationship between intellectual capital and achieving functional creativity for employees in university youth care agencies, determine the obstacles facing the contributions of intellectual capital in achieving functional creativity for employees in university youth care agencies, determine proposals to activate the contributions of intellectual capital in achieving functional creativity for employees in university youth care agencies. This study is one of the descriptive studies that relied on the social survey method using the comprehensive social survey method for employees in the Central Youth Care Administration at Assiut University, numbering (109). The study concluded that there is a statistically significant direct and influential relationship between intellectual capital and achieving functional creativity for employees in university youth care agencies.
