Organizational culture and its relationship to the efficiency of performance of workers in the community education sector at the local level

Abstract

Organizational culture is one of the criteria governing the management of institutions in general, and social care institutions in particular, and it also differs from one institution to another, as it is concerned with the behavior of working individuals and the extent of their ability to commit, ensure decisions and avoid duplication in performing work, and other dimensions of organizational culture, and thus its impact on the efficiency of workers' performance, as there are multiple models for measuring performance efficiency; The current study was based on Nancy Hedelman's model, as it has the greatest impact in measuring the performance efficiency of workers in the community education sector at the local level within the limits of the situation assessment study conducted by the researcher, and the research found a relationship between the dimensions of organizational culture and indicators for measuring the performance efficiency of workers in the community education sector at the local level; as the strength of the relationship is clear between each dimension of the culture of trust, as well as the dimension of the culture of commitment with indicators for measuring the performance efficiency of workers in the community education sector at the local level, while the relationship is reduced and absent in each dimension of the culture of using force, and the dimension of the culture of avoiding uncertainty with indicators for measuring the performance efficiency of workers in the community education sector at the local level
