The study aimed to determine the level of organizational culture in mental health organizations, represented in: (organizational values, organizational norms, organizational beliefs, and organizational expectations), and to monitor the reality of improving the quality of services in mental health organizations, represented in the following indicators: (tangible, performance efficiency, credibility, response, and reliability), and the study found in its most important results that the level of organizational culture in mental health organizations as a whole (high), where the arithmetic average reached (2.47), and the level of improving the quality of services in mental health organizations as a whole (high). where the arithmetic mean was (2.57), It was also found that there are obstacles facing mental health organizations represented in the weak material capabilities necessary to improve the quality of services in mental health organizations, the difficulty of using modern technologies in providing services to beneficiaries, the weakness of the database shared between mental health organizations, and one of the most important proposals necessary to overcome these obstacles was to develop the organization's employees' awareness of the importance of organizational culture, support the method of teamwork among the organization's employees, and holding the necessary training courses for workers on organizational culture and its role in developing the organization's performance.
