Administrative Centralization and Supporting Job Rotation for Employees of Social Work Education Institutions

Abstract

Job rotation is considered one of the administrative methods that is carried out through advance planning in institutions in general and university institutions in particular to qualify workers to fill supervisory, administrative and leadership positions in the future that contribute to achieving the goals of those institutions. This cannot be achieved without conscious management with a future vision capable of making decisions. Decisive in this regard. Therefore, the problem of the current study is “administrative centralization and enhancing job rotation for employees in social work education institutions.” This study belongs to the type of descriptive studies, and the study relied on the use of a comprehensive social survey approach for employees at the Higher Institute of Social Service in Cairo, numbering (57) individuals. The results of the study confirmed the validity of its main hypothesis “There is a direct, statistically significant, and effective relationship between administrative centralization and strengthening job rotation for employees in social work education institutions.”
