Abstract

The study aimed to determine the role of professional development programs from the perspective of the way society is organized to face the job burnout of social workers in the medical field, and the basic study sample consisted of (62) social workers from the hospitals of the government medical sector in Sharkia Governorate, and the study used a questionnaire form for social workers, and the results of the study showed a high level of professional development variables for job stress, professional development of the work environment, professional development and poor morale, professional development and a sense of low Achievement, and recommended working on studying the most important reasons that led to the suffering of social workers working in the medical field from job burnout and lack of professional commitment.
