Abstract

The Current Study aims to Determine The level of Performance of Workers in NGOs in Order to Confront their problems, and We Can Measuring their job performance through the following indicators like (Knowledge level - Value level - Skill level), and The Study Showed That There are some Challenges that Prevent achieving the performance of workers in NGOs, Administrative challenges such as a lack of allocated budget, information security challenges and security concerns, cognitive challenges, lack of citizens’ awareness and participation in electronic services, cultural and social challenges, Through this, the Researcher Believes That the Requirements Necessary to Develop the performance of Workers in NGOs, including (Infrastructure, Increase funding ,Human resources qualification, and rules and regulations ) , also The Current Study found future Vision from The Perspective of Community Organization method To activate Digital Transformation To Develop the Performance of workers in NGOs
