Abstract

The current study belongs to the semi-experimental studies that test the effectiveness of the relationship between two variables, one of which is independent, which is the training program, and the other is dependent, which is "providing youth groups with volunteer work skills In line with the type of study, the method used in this study is the semi-experimental method based on the (pre-post) design using one experimental group. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the training program in the method of working with groups to provide youth groups with volunteer work skills. A set of the following sub-objectives branch out from this main objective: determining the effectiveness of the training program in the method of working with groups to provide youth groups with the skill of teamwork, determining the effectiveness of the training program in the method of working with groups to provide youth groups with the skill of time management to practice positive environmental behavior, and determining the effectiveness of the training program in the method of working with groups to provide youth groups with the skill of leadership. The study has proven the validity of all its hypotheses.
