Abstract

This study belongs to the type of descriptive studies, which aim to determine the characteristics of a specific phenomenon or situation that is characterized by specificity, and relies on collecting facts and interpreting them to extract their meaning, and through this it reaches the issuance of generalizations regarding the situation or phenomenon that the researcher is studying, which is describing the dimensions of organizational health as an entry point for improving The quality of social care services in Social Solidarity in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030. This study will be based on the social survey approach. This study was applied in Giza Governorate. This study aimed to determine the level of quality of social care services in the departments affiliated with the Social Welfare and Development Sector in the Ministry of Social Solidarity as perceived by workers. And determining the degree of availability of organizational health dimensions in the departments affiliated with the Social Welfare and Development Sector in the Ministry of Social Solidarity as perceived by workers, and identifying statistically significant differences in the responses of members of the study sample regarding the degree of availability of organizational health dimensions due to the following variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience), and determining The relationship between organizational health and the quality of social care services provided by the departments of the Welfare and Social Development Sector at the Ministry of Social Solidarity from the point of view of workers. This study has proven the validity of all its hypotheses.
