Abstract

The current study aimed to determine the professional requirements for social workers to achieve the quality of programs provided to groups of homeless adults, and the following hypotheses were tested. It is expected that the level of professional requirements for social workers to achieve the quality of programs provided to groups of homeless adults is low. It is expected that the level of difficulties that hinder the specialists will be low. Social workers to achieve the quality of programs provided to groups of homeless adults High. There are statistically significant differences between the responses of social workers regarding their identification of professional requirements to achieve the quality of programs provided to groups of homeless adults according to the variable type/obtaining training courses. There is a discrepancy between the responses of social workers regarding their identification of requirements. Professionalism to achieve the quality of programs provided to groups of homeless adults according to the academic qualification variable. The second hypothesis was accepted and the first and fourth hypotheses were rejected. The third hypothesis was partially accepted with regard to the presence of differences between social workers who obtained training courses and those who did not obtain training courses and was partially rejected with regard to the presence of Differences between male and female social workers.
