Abstract: The study aimed to assess the level of adherence to ethical standards among social work students in field training institutions in light of ethical responsibilities towards clients, colleagues, practice institutions, the profession, professional identity, and society. Additionally, it aimed to identify differences in adherence to ethical standards among students based on the type of field training institution and demographic characteristics. The researcher utilized an Ethical Responsibilities Scale and employed a comprehensive survey method. The study was conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024, from February 1, 2024, to March 28, 2024. The sample consisted of 230 students, and the results of the study confirmed its hypotheses. The findings emphasized the importance of social work education programs in enhancing ethical commitment among students. However, efforts need to continue to strengthen the personal and professional aspects of ethical practice, in addition to monitoring the impact of demographic factors on ethical commitment.
