Abstract

The research describes organizational prowess and improving services for the hearing-impaired in NGOs. The study aimed to determine the level of organizational proficiency in NGOs, determine the level of services for the hearing-impaired in NGOs, identify the difficulties facing the contributions of organizational prowess in improving services for the hearing-impaired in NGOs, and identify the necessary proposals to activate the contributions of proficiency. Organizational skills in improving services for the hearing-impaired in private associations, and the results of the study led to acceptance of the main hypothesis of the study: There is a statistically significant, direct, influencing relationship between organizational prowess and improving services for the hearing-impaired in private associations, in addition to accepting the first sub-hypothesis: “There is a statistically significant, direct, influencing relationship between exploring resources. External support for NGOs and improving services for the hearing-impaired in NGOs,” and accepting the second sub-hypothesis, “There is a statistically significant, direct, influencing relationship between the flexible organizational structure of NGOs and improving services for the hearing-impaired in NGOs,” and accepting the third sub-hypothesis, “There is a statistically significant, direct, influencing relationship between investment Resources available in NGOs and improving services for the hearing-impaired in NGOs.
