The training program was implemented for social workers at Marsal Foundation from August 10, 2023, to September 27, 2023. The participants numbered 14 social workers. The study's results revealed the effectiveness of the training program in enhancing the knowledge and skills of social workers regarding cognitive behavioral therapy in addressing the problems of refugees and their families. In light of the study's findings, the study recommends organizing workshops periodically on how to benefit from modern therapeutic models in dealing with the problems of refugees and their families, raising awareness among social workers about the need to focus on continuous education, and activating the case conference for social workers in the field of refugee and family care to exchange knowledge and experiences among them.
