Requirements For The Quality of Academic Performance to Enhance
Student's Motivation Towards Continuing Education

Study summary
This study aimed to determine the requirements for quality academic performance to enhance students’ motivation towards continuing education. This study is considered a descriptive study. The study relied on the use of the social survey method with the available sample, “the researcher’s facilitated sample,” for fourth-year students attending the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University, in the academic year 2023/2024 AD, and their number is (724) individuals. As well as the comprehensive social survey approach for the faculty members teaching the bachelor’s level at the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University, in the academic year 2023/2024 AD, and they number (88). The study tool was a questionnaire for students/faculty members about the requirements for quality academic performance to enhance students’ motivation towards continuing education. The results of the study concluded that the requirements of quality academic performance lead to enhancing students’ motivation towards continuing education. Which makes us accept the main hypothesis of the study, which states: “It is expected that the level of requirements for the quality of academic performance to enhance students’ motivation towards continuing education will be high.
