Suggested Program from the Perspective of the generalist practice of social work to alleviate the intensity risk of Electronic games faced by primary school students

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the risks of electronic games to which primary school students are exposed. These risks are physical, psychological, educational, and social risks, and to come up with a proposed program from the perspective of practice in social work to mitigate their severity. The social survey approach was used with a simple random sample of fifth and sixth grade students. Their number was (109) A comprehensive inventory of social workers was (22) social workers ، The study tools were consisted of two tools: a questionnaire form for fifth and sixth grade students to determine risks. The second tool was a questionnaire form for social workers to determine the proposed program from the perspective of practice in social work to mitigate risks, prepared by the researcher. The study concluded that physical and psychological risks to which students in the fifth and sixth grades of primary school were exposed was at an average level, while the educational and social risks were at a high level, while the roles of the general practitioner in dealing with the dangers of electronic games were lowThe roles of the general practitioner, from the social worker’s point of view, in mitigating the dangers of electronic games with student coordination, student family coordination, school friends coordination, institution coordination, and work team coordination were at a high level
