Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the " Women Get Ahead " program in developing women's entrepreneurial skills, identifying the level of entrepreneurial skills of the program's beneficiaries, identifying the obstacles facing program implementers, and proposing ways to activate the program's contributions to developing women's entrepreneurial skills. This research belongs to evaluative studies and relied on the social survey method for the sample of program beneficiaries, as well as the comprehensive survey of the workers at the Project Development Agency in Asyut Governorate. The study was applied to a random sample of 60 female beneficiaries and 15 workers at the Project Development Agency. The study was conducted at the Project Development Agency in Asyut Governorate from August 2023 to October 2023. The study results proved the effectiveness and efficiency of the " Women Get Ahead " program in developing women's entrepreneurial skills The level of entrepreneurship skill among the women who benefited from the program was average, with an arithmetic mean (2.15) and a standard deviation (0.65).
