Abstract

The problem of the disabled and their care is considered one of the social problems whose roots extend back to ancient and medieval times until it reached the situation it currently has in the modern era, but of course the methods and types differ according to the political, economic, social and religious situation that prevailed in each of these eras, and the current century is witnessing concerns Note the care of the disabled at the global level. These concerns took long periods of development and preparation, reflecting the type of global crises and changes that occurred during this century. The period after the two world wars is considered the most important period towards directing attention to the care of the disabled, as a result of what those wars caused. It has made a huge impact in the world of people with disabilities and disabilities
The blind also show difficulty in dealing with strangers, and a deficiency in the social skills necessary to achieve independence and a sense of self-sufficiency, in addition to a deficiency in social arousal and social interaction, passivity, dependence, helplessness
