Abstract

: the educational community Is Witnessing Serious attempts to achieve a clear strategic vision that will achieve job satisfaction for workers in the sector, especially social specialists through the so-called strategic leadership ,which represents the institutions ability to find and invent new things that contribute ,to achieving the vision of the educational institution, so this study aims to determine the level of strategic leadership in educational institutions through a statistical indicator between strategic leadership and achieving job satisfaction for social workers in educational institutions. Serious attempts to achieve a clear strategic vision that will achieve job satisfaction for workers in the sector, especially social specialists through the so-called strategic leadership ,which represents the institutions ability to find and invent new things that contribute ,to achieving the vision of the educational institution, so this study aims to determine the level of strategic leadership in educational institutions through a statistical indicator between strategic leadership and achieving job satisfaction for social workers in educational institutions.
