Abstract

The current study aimed to: Determine the level of creative demolition practices (strategic thinking - organizational change - creativity - organizational culture) in civil associations, determine the level of achieving competitive advantage (efficiency - quality in providing services - responding to the needs of beneficiaries - flexibility) for civil associations, And determining the correlation between the level of creative demolition practices and achieving a competitive advantage for civil associations, and arriving at proposed procedural mechanisms from the perspective of Community Organization method to achieve a competitive advantage for civil associations, The study belonged to the type of descriptive studies, It was also based on: using the descriptive approach in the form of a comprehensive social survey of members of boards of directors and workers in civil associations, The results concluded: There is a positive statistically significant correlation between Creative demolition practices and achieving a competitive advantage for civil associations, The study recommended the necessity of constantly updating the rules and regulations for working in civil associations and adapting Adapting the use of technology to contribute to the excellence of providing services to beneficiaries.
