Abstract

All societies seek to achieve health care as a human goal by confronting the needs and problems of society related to health and disease issues, and raising the health level of community members. Medical institutions aim to provide health care, social, psychological, and economic, to individuals and groups, and the medical social worker is the one through whom this is achieved. The goals of the profession through his commitment to its philosophy, principles and scientific methods, which in turn helps in achieving stability for these medical institutions, and given what the specialist face
Social problems arise, so the current study came to develop their problem-solving skills to help them how to overcome those problems that they face while working in medical institutions that are constantly keen to study the needs and problems of patients and work to remove the causes of patients’ complaints. Therefore, focus must be placed on improving the level of performance of specialists. Social workers working in the medical field, and this study belongs to quasi-experimental studies It relied on the experimental method, using pre- and post-measurement using two groups, one experimental and the other control, each group having a strength of (15). The study aims to verify whether the main hypothesis is true or false, which is that using the brainstorming technique in the service of the group leads to the development of the problem-solving skills of the group.
