The current study aims to identify challenges facing enhancing the practice of digital volunteer work among university students by identifying challenges associated with the university student, the university environment, associations and volunteer teams, and the community, in order to reach proposed mechanisms to enhance the practice of digital volunteer work among university students. The study was based on the use of the comprehensive social survey curriculum for students of the Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Arts and Applied Sciences - University of Dhofar in the Sultanate of Oman in the academic year 2022/2023 AD, and their number is (70) students. The study reached a number of proposed mechanisms to Facing Challenges of digital volunteer work among university students, such as providing platforms and technological tools that facilitate students' participation and communication in digital volunteer work, organizing awareness campaigns in the university and the surrounding community to introduce the importance of digital volunteer work and its benefits and clarify how to participate and benefit from it, establish sustainable communication channels with university graduates who have done digital volunteer work to guide current students and encourage them to participate in digital volunteer work.
