Electronic Governance as an Approach to Improve the Quality of Services That Provided to the Poor

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of use of electronic governance ,determine the level of quality of services that provided to the poor, determine the relationship between the use of electronic governance and improving the quality of services provided to the poor, identify the obstacles facing the use of electronic governance in improving the quality of services , identify proposals for activating the use of electronic governance In improving the quality of services provided to the poor, arriving at proposed planning mechanisms to activate the use of electronic governance in improving the quality of services provided to the poor. This study is considered a descriptive studies. And the study relied on the scientific method using both types of social surveys. The study tools were a questionnaire for officials, a questionnaire for beneficiaries of social security services. The results of the study concluded that there is a direct, statistically significant and effective relationship between the use of electronic governance and improving the quality of services provided to the poor.
