Organizational integrity as a strategy for achieving quality institutional excellence in planning institutions

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of personal excellence at the level of individuals at the level of individuals, determine the level of personal excellence at the level of individuals at the level of individuals, identify the obstacles facing personal integrity as a strategy to achieve local excellence at the level of planning institutions, determine the level of excellence among individuals and achieve the quality of excellence at the level of institutions planning,and identifying proposals to activate your integrity as a strategy for national excellence in planning institutions to reach planning mechanisms to activate integrity as a strategy and achieve the quality of national excellence in planning organizations, in pursuit of this study of descriptive studies, and adopted the search for scientific stages using the distinguished comprehensive meeting survey approach in the departments of the Ministry Planning for economic development, which numbered (200) individually. The study tool was an electronic questionnaire. The results of the study concluded that the level of professional integrity in planning organizations is average, and the level of light is average in local excellence in planning organizations. The results of the study also found that there is A statistically significant direct relationship between integrity as a strategy and achieving local excellence in planning organizations.
