Abstract

The current study aimed to test the effectiveness of the feminist model in social group work method to develop the social responsibility among working women, by testing the feminist model in social group method and the interest of working women in fulfilling their social responsibilities, testing the effectiveness of the feminist model in social group work method and understanding of working women's responsibilities and requirements Their roles, testing the effectiveness of the feminist model in social group work method and developing positive social participation among working women in social projects and programs. In this study, the researcher relied on the experimental scientific method, as it is considered one of the important approaches in the social field From their needs to assume their social responsibility through the results of the pre-measurement of the scale, and the results of the study reached the effectiveness of the feminist model in the way of working with groups and its methods developed by the researcher to develop social responsibility among working women.
