Abstract

: The study aims to quatify the dimensions of participatory Leadership (delegation of authority , Human relations , Transparency in information Building , Echange of opinions) , As well as determining the level of group decision making (identify the goals , collecting data and information , determinations of alternatives , assessment of alternatives , decision making ) by civil Associations , And indentify the difficulties of participatory Leadership contributions as an input to group decision making and develop a set of proposals to operationalize participatory leadership contributions to group decision making , The results of the study found that there was a statistically significant , positive correlation (a=0.01) between participatory Leadership and group decision making by civil associations , and the value of the determinat (0.380) .Civil organizations play an important role in implementing programs to serve all segments of society, as they need leaders who have the ability to make optimal use of the organizations’ capabilities and resources to raise performance, through the use of leaders characterized by functional maturity, and compatible with political, economic, social and other conditions, and participatory leadership in organizations It seeks to use appropriate leadership styles that are capable of performing an effective role and a role that contributes to achieving the mission of civil organizations and the strategies that it seeks to achieve, but it is noted that failure to use leadership styles appropriate to the circumstances of the organization's employees may lead to failure to achieve its desired goals.
