Abstract

It is because of the occurrence of many administrative problems in the social solidarity units, which led to a shake-up in the professional performance of the departments. Administrative, financial and professional in order to maintain its institutional entity and develop its human resources. Therefore, the problem of the study lies in the omission or weakness of applying the rules and principles of corporate governance in an integrated manner, which leads to a deficiency in improving the institutional and professional performance in it, and also leads to concealing a lot of administrative discipline and the absence of transparency. Which exposes the units of the system to collapse, Therefore, the spatial domain of the study was represented in the social solidarity units under study in Beni Suef Governorate, while the human domain of the study was in the comprehensive social survey for workers in the social solidarity units under study in Beni Suef Governorate, their number was (148), and the data collection tools were represented in a questionnaire for workers on institutional governance. And the development of human resources units of social solidarity.
