ABSTRACT: The study aimed to determine the relationship between the innovative capabilities and the quality of the professional performance of the workers in the university youth welfare devices, by determining the level of innovative capabilities as well as the level of quality of the professional performance of the workers in the university youth care devices, and also to identify the most innovative capabilities related to achieving the quality of the professional performance of the workers in the university youth care devices This study belongs to descriptive studies, and it used the social survey approach with the available sample, "the researcher's soft sample," for the employees of the General Administration of Youth Welfare at Helwan University, and their number is (82), and the researcher applied a questionnaire for workers. The professional performance of university youth care workers as a whole is high, and the results of the study proved that "there is a direct and statistically significant relationship between the innovative capabilities and achieving the quality of professional performance of university youth care workers." This proves the validity of the study hypotheses.
