The Current Study aimed at identifying the Correlation between job – Satisfaction and the ability to take adecision , In addition to identifying the differences between . A sample of primary Schools principals and a Sample of secondary Schools principals in Minia in job Satisfaction and the ability to take a decision . the researcher used the analytical descriptive research design . the basic study sample consisted of (150) . schools principals , (45) Seventy five of them were secondary Schools principals and the other " 75" were Primary Schools principals .the researcher Used the scale of job satisfaction which is prepared by the researcher (2014) and the scale of the ability to take a decision which is also prepared by the researcher (2014) .the findings of the study showed a correlation between job To assure us of the role of the community organization method in achieving job satisfaction in achieving the goals of schools as one of the most important institutions and organizations of the community organization method, which is ultimately reflected in its significant role in the development and development of institutions in general.
