Community Organization Method Mechanisms for Building the Capacity of Facilitators of Child Protection Projects in NGOs

The implementation of child protection projects for NGOs requires the efforts of the so-called facilitators to implement and facilitate the project’s activities, relying on raising their Capacity. Therefore, the study aimed to determine the level of the community organization method mechanisms used by the facilitators of child protection projects in non-governmental organizations, and to determine the level of Capacity of the facilitators of child protection projects in NGOs, and to determine the relationship between the mechanisms of the community organization method and building the capacity of the facilitators of child protection projects in NGOs, and this study is one of the descriptive studies, and the study relied on the comprehensive social survey approach for facilitators of child protection projects in NGOs in Aswan, and their number (242) facilitators, and the study tool was a questionnaire form Applied to facilitators of child protection projects. The results of the study found that the level of community organization method mechanisms is high, and the level of capacities of facilitators of child protection projects in NGOs is average, and there is a statistically significant positive impact relationship between the mechanisms of the method of community organization and capacity building for facilitators of child protection projects in NGOs. The study reached a future vision to activate the contributions of the community organization method mechanisms in building the capacity of facilitators of child protection projects in NGOs.
