Abstract

This study is considered one of the descriptive studies aimed at identifying the considerations that the social worker takes into account in the programs offered to unmarried breast cancer patients to achieve the goals of social Adaption for them, and to define the concept of breast cancer patients about work programs with groups, as well as to identify the nature of the contributions of group programs in achieving social Adaption for unmarried breast cancer patients, and to identify the obstacles that hinder community service programs used with unmarried breast cancer patients to achieve the goals of social Adaption for them, and to come up with proposals that support the effectiveness of programs provided to unmarried breast cancer patients to achieve the goals of social Adaption for them. The social survey of the intentional sample of unmarried breast cancer patients. The results of the study concluded that the most important considerations that must be taken into account in group programs are that the programs and activities are consistent with the desires of breast cancer patients, as well as that the programs most contribute to dealing with the problems of social Adaption for breast cancer patients are Art programs and religious programmes, and that the most important obstacles to the Social workers working in medical institutions and facing the application of collective programs, which are the obstacles specific to female patients and the obstacles specific to medical institutions.
