Requirements for the quality of services provided to irregular employment from the perspective of the social work profession

Abstract

This study is considered one of the descriptive studies that used the sample social survey method for a group of irregular employment who benefit from the services of the ngos under study, the results of the study concluded that the most important services needed by irregular employment, where the economic services came in the first rank, then the social and recreational services came in the second rank, then the health and occupational safety services came in the third rank, then the educational and educational services came in the fourth rank, the level of services provided to irregular employment is high, as for the requirements for the quality of services provided to irregular employment, the requirements for infrastructure and equipment came in the first rank, then the requirements for relations between workers in the association came in the second rank, then the requirements for environmental security and safety came in the third rank, and then came in the order the fourth requirements for ease of access to services then came in tart the fifth and last chapter is the requirements for efficient service provision, the results of the study also confirmed that the level of service quality requirements is high.
